A voltage regulation apparatus and method for a storage chip, and a storage chip. The voltage regulation apparatus comprises: a feedback circuit, a first resistor, a second resistor and a voltage regulation element, wherein a feedback circuit switch in the feedback circuit and a corresponding bit cell in a bit cell array of the storage chip are synchronously gated and turned off, such that wiring resistance corresponding to the position of the bit cell when the bit cell is gated is fed back to the voltage regulation element by means of the feedback circuit, the voltage regulation element can regulate an output voltage according to the feedback circuit, and the voltages of bit cells when the bit cells are gated remain consistent, thereby eliminating the problem of a read-write failure caused by the voltage of a far-end bit cell being insufficient and the problem of the reduction of the service life caused by the voltage of a near-end bit cell being too high, and improving the read yield and the write yield of the bit cell array. In comparison with a bit cell voltage regulation method in the prior art of performing sampling by using a sampling circuit and then determining a compensation scheme, the area of a chip is saved on, and the voltage of each bit cell on the storage chip can be regulated more quickly and more accurately.
