Provided in the present disclosure are a voltage regulation method and apparatus, and a multi-element power supply system. The method is used in the multi-element power supply system, the multi-element power supply system comprising at least one power generating device and at least one energy storage device; each power generating device is connected to a direct current bus by means of a corresponding first controller, and each energy storage device is connected to the direct current bus by means of a corresponding second controller. The method comprises: monitoring the voltage of the direct current bus, and determining whether the voltage of the direct current bus is within a preset range; when the voltage of the direct current bus is not within the preset range, regulating the output voltage of the second controller in order to adjust the voltage of the direct current bus to be within the preset range. The embodiments of the present disclosure can ensure that the voltage of the direct current bus is stably within a certain range, reducing the fluctuation range of the voltage of the direct current bus, and improving the system stability.
