Abstract:
A voltage selectable universal power battery for a new energy automobile. A power battery body can output different voltages by means of internal changes. One of the methods comprises: changing the voltage of the battery body by switching a series-parallel connection mode among internal equal battery packs, wherein multiple equal battery packs are available in the battery body, after switching, if the serial connecting quantity of equal battery packs of each type is increased, the voltage of the battery body is increased, and if the serial connecting quantity of equal battery packs of each type is decreased, the voltage of the battery body is decreased. The power battery is suitable for multiple voltage platforms, so that standardization of power batteries is facilitated. By combining and applying a quick-change interface, no more than 8 main models of quick-change universal power battery composition systems can be finalized by means of reasonable designs such as shapes, structures and functions, so that the demands on selection, use and swapping of most new energy automobile models are satisfied.
