Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a voltage stabilizing device capable of keeping the voltage of electric power to be output to the output side at preset voltage. A power control device 1 according to the present invention comprises: an input voltage measuring device 2 that measures the voltage of electric power E input from a power supply P on the input side; an output voltage measuring device 3 that measures the voltage of electric power E output to a load F on the output side; a fluctuation voltage predicting unit 4 that predicts the voltage fluctuation of the electric power E output to the load F on the output side on the basis of voltage measurement information output from the voltage measuring devices 2, 3; a voltage transforming device 5 that steps up/down the voltage of the electric power E input from the power supply P; and a control device 6 that controls the voltage transforming device 5 so that the voltage of the electric power E to be output to the load F on the output side is within a preset voltage dead zone S1 on the basis of the prediction result by the fluctuation voltage predicting portion 4.
