A volume automatic regulation type earphone based on health management comprises an earphone receiver, an audio line (2), and an earphone plug (1); a sound production unit is arranged in the earphone receiver; the earphone also comprises a vibration sensor (7) for collecting heartbeat frequency, a wire (6), a band-shaped piece (5), and a controller (3) for receiving an electric signal of the vibration sensor (7) and regulating current magnitude in the audio line according to the electric signal; the controller (3) is disposed on the audio line (2); the vibration sensor (7) is disposed on the band-shaped piece (5); one end part of the band-shaped piece (5) is fastened to the audio line (2); and the vibration sensor (7) and the controller (3) are connected by means of the wire (6). The heartbeat frequency of a user is collected by means of a vibration sensor (7) and is transmitted to a controller (3) after being converted into an electric signal, and the controller (3) receives the electric signal and judges whether to regulate the volume of an earphone or not according to the electric signal, thereby improving sleeping quality of the user, and being very intelligent, convenient and humanized in use.
