Abstract:
A volume measuring device has an acoustic tube communicated at one end with one container in which an object to be measured is received, other container communicated with the other end of the acoustic tube, a partition chamber defining a closed space provided adjacent to the other container and including a partition plate partitioning the closed space and the inner space of the other container, and an electrodynamic speaker placed in the closed space and whose acoustic wave output surface is placed opposite the partition plate. Processing means obtains the volume of the object to be measured based on an acoustic signal outputted from the acoustic wave output surface into the other container through the partition plate.
