Abstract:
A volumetric feeder (20) comprising a plurality of independent feeder elements (20a, 20b, ...) each comprising a fixed part (21) and a movable weighing measure (22) which can reciprocate in the fixed part (21), wherein each movable weighing measure (22) is provided with a measure section (23) for storing a specified volume of powder and granular material. The movable weighing measure (22) of each feeder element (20a, 20b, ...) can move independently between a charging position of powder and granular material where the measure section (23) matches the charging opening (24) of the fixed part (21) and a discharging position of powder and granular material where the measure section (23) matches the discharge opening (26) of the fixed part (21). A volumetric feeder applicable to a combination balance of powder and granular material and a combination balance of powder and granular material employing such a volumetric feeder are thereby provided.
