Abstract:
Provided is a voluminous textile, formed by interleaving of warp threads and weft threads and having a surface layer (a, d), a middle layer (c, f, g), and an inner layer (b, e); each warp thread is present in the surface layer (a, d), the middle layer (c, f, g), and the inner layer (b, e), forms a loop in order through surface, middle, inner, and middle layers, and sequentially interleaves the surface-layer weft thread, the middle-layer weft thread, the inner-layer weft thread, and the middle-layer weft thread, forming independent surface-layer fabric, middle-layer fabric, and inner-layer fabric; the process for producing the voluminous textile is simple and easy, costs are low, the thickness of the fabric is uniform and even, and it has superior heat-retention performance.
