A volute structure for use in a centrifugal compressor comprises: a volute (7) and a return channel (5); the volute (7) comprises an inner volute (71) and an outer volute (72) independent one from the other, a fluid flow passage being formed between said inner volute (71) and outer volute (72); the inner volute (71) and the return channel (5) are disposed together, thus allowing, in comparison to arrangements where an inner volute (71) and return channel (5) are separately disposed, a reduction in the distance between the volute (7) and the curving passage (4) of the air-driven portion of the centrifugal compressor. A centrifugal compressor fitted with the present volute structure, and a refrigeration device. The present technical solution can ensure that the level-one diffuser section has sufficient length, thus improving the diffusion effect of air entering the level-one diffuser and enhancing the performance of the centrifugal compressor.
