Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vortioxetine hydrobromide long-acting injection preparation. The preparation comprises vortioxetine hydrobromide, a suspending agent, a stabilizer, a buffering agent, a pH regulator, and a solvent. The preparation may be a ready-to-use liquid injection, and may also be a freeze-dried powder injection. After injection, the preparation has an obvious slow-release effect and can reduce times of administration, prolong the duration of the drug, improve patient compliance and increase bioavailability. Moreover, the present invention also provides a method for preparing the vortioxetine hydrobromide long-acting injection preparation. The method is simple and economic, and is applicable to industrial production.
