Abstract:
Provided are a VR head-mounted display device and a display method. The device comprises: an eyeball tracking unit (10) for tracking a change in focus of a line of sight of a user; a micro-lens array (13) disposed between a VR lens (11) and a VR display screen (12); a high-definition display screen (14) disposed between the VR lens (11) and the micro-lens array (13), with the size of the high-definition display screen (14) being less than that of the VR display screen (12); and a main control unit (15) electrically connected to the eyeball tracking unit (10), the micro-lens array (13) and the high-definition display screen (14), wherein the main control unit (15) is used for controlling the display content of the high-definition display screen (14) according to a tracking result of the eyeball tracking unit (10), for controlling a first micro-lens unit in the micro-lens array (13) to reflect the display content of the high-definition display screen (14), and for controlling a second micro-lens unit to transmit the display content of the VR display screen (12). According to the VR head-mounted display device and the display method, the display quality of the VR head-mounted display device is improved where a large field-of-view angle is provided.
