Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a vulcanized rubber pre-treatment agent that is for treating the surface of a vulcanized rubber before an adhesive agent is applied thereon, and that causes the adhesive agent, after being cured, to have superior adhesiveness. The vulcanized rubber pre-treatment agent of the present invention is a vulcanized rubber pre-adhesion treatment agent that contains a nonionic surfactant, water, and an organic solvent. The nonionic surfactant is a compound that has an HLB value of 4.5-10.5 and that is represented by formula (1). The organic solvent is a compound represented by formula (2). The contained amount of the nonionic surfactant is 0.5-30 mass%. (1): HO-(R11-O)n-R12
R11 represents -CH2-CH2-, -CH(CH3)-CH2-, or -CH2-CH(CH3)-.
R12 represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group. 'n' represents an integer of 1 or more. (2): R21R22N-CO-R23
R21, R22, and R23 each represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent group. R23 and R21 or R22 may bind to each other to form a ring.
