Abstract:
Provided is a vulcanizing adhesive comprising an organic solvent solution wherein 1 to 10 parts by weight of an epoxy resin and 10 to 30 parts by weight of an unvulcanized NBR are added per 100 parts by weight of a high-orthonovolac phenol resin. When the vulcanizing adhesive is used for vulcanized adhesion between various substrates and an NBR, the adhesive coating film of the vulcanizing adhesive becomes almost tack free, no defects such as mold contamination or product contamination during vulcanized molding of rubber occur, and a vulcanized adhesion state can be obtained with good peel strength as measured by 90° peel testing and a good remaining rubber area ratio.
