Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wafer-conveying container for holding and conveying wafers; comprising a main body which is formed with a clamping opening on the inside of an open end surface of the main body, a door which is fastened on the inside of the open end surface, and a locking device for fastening the door to the main body. The locking device comprises a base, a rotational cam which is rotatably mounted on the base, a pair of arms which perform a linear motion on the inside and the outside of the door due to the rotation of the rotational cam, and a pair of cam-shaped projecting parts which respectively are rotatably mounted on the two end parts of the base and rotate by means of the linear motion of the arms and are inserted into the clamping opening of the main body. The rotational cam is maintained in a fixed position, out of the disengaged position and the locked position, by having a latching part of the rotational cam latch onto the projecting parts of the base between the disengaged position and the locked position.
