Abstract:
A wakeup method comprises: according to a pre-set collection period, collecting, within a pre-set wakeup time period, heart rate data of a human to be woken up (101); according to each piece of heart rate data of one or more heart rate data, determining whether a wakeup moment satisfying a light sleep wakeup condition exists within the wakeup time period (102); and when the wakeup moment satisfying the light sleep wakeup condition exists within the wakeup time period, performing, at the wakeup moment and according to a light sleep wakeup method, wakeup on the human to be woken up (103). The method can perform wakeup according to different sleep states of a human to be woken up.
