Abstract:
A walk assistance device A1 includes a shin orthosis 2, a heel orthosis 3, an actuator 40, and a link mechanism 6 which is connected to the heel orthosis 3 and transmits drive force from the actuator 40 to the heel orthosis 3 to apply assist force to the foot of a user. The actuator 40 is attached to the shin orthosis 2 such that the actuator 40 is positioned on a front side of the lower thigh of the user in a mounted state.
