Abstract:
A walking-beam pumping unit, comprising: supports (201, 202); a walking beam (3) arranged above the supports, wherein a middle portion of the walking beam and the supports form a first pivot connection having a first pivot center (2), a horsehead (4) is mounted on a front side of the first pivot center, and a walking beam tailstock (302) is mounted on a rear side of the first pivot center; a rotating arm (6), which is arranged below the rear of the first pivot center, and has a first position where the center of rotation (601) is formed and a second position where the rotating arm rotates around the center of rotation with a radius R; and a driving rod (5), wherein a lower portion of the driving rod and the second position form a second pivot connection having a second pivot center (602), an upper portion of the driving rod and the walking beam tailstock form a third pivot connection having a third pivot center (501), the second pivot center moves in a circular motion around the center of rotation to drive the walking beam to swing in a range of greater than 58 degrees and less than or equal to 72 degrees, and the stroke is 7620 mm or above. The walking-beam pumping unit can achieve super-large strokes and has a controllable overall size.
