Abstract:
A wall-climbing robot system for rapid non-destructive testing of hidden defects of culvert and sluice and a method. The robot system comprises a robot body (1); a navigation positioning system and a moving system, which are mounted on the robot body (1); an automatic knocking detection system, which is mounted at the front end of the body (1); a mobile ultrasonic rapid detection system, and a corrosion detection system; a dual-power system, consisting of a non-contact negative pressure adsorption device and rotor wing propulsion devices, the non-contact negative pressure adsorption device being mounted at the bottom of the body (1), and the rotor wing propulsion devices being mounted on two sides of the body (1); and a total controller, which is in communication with the navigation positioning system, the moving system, the automatic knocking detection system, the mobile ultrasonic rapid detection system, the corrosion detection system, and the dual-power system, respectively. The system can identify internal defect positions and categories by means of ultrasonic data, and perform concrete dielectric constant inversion and disease identification on any length of continuous measurement line geological radar data.
