Description:
"Wall-mounted compact disks-stand or for similar goods". The invention refers to a particular CD-stand having the characteristic to show these goods in direct way. The invented means to be used also for DVD, cassettes, VHS or similar goods. The invented means gives the possibility to immediately locate and choose the CD, such as the CD- holders are frontally showed. The CD-holders or similar goods are exposed letting the user or the buyer their main face. This permits an immediate localization and choice of the wanted CD with save of time for localizing the wanted CD both in the sale than in the private use. In the prior art the CD-holders or similar goods are showed inside a book structure with planes rotating around a central rod or these goods are laid in vertical on the counter, showing the frontal side that, however, remains partially covered. These dispositions have the disadvantage to compel the buyer or the person who looks for a particular CD or similar goods, such as DVD, cassettes or VHS, to must loss time for finding the wanted goods. Instead, in the private use, i.e. in the search of bought CD or similar goods, said search is actuated, currently, having the CD into book structures, into pile containers with slits or into different kind of libraries where often these goods are placed. The invented means, realizing a picture exposition, permits to immediately localize the wanted CD. These because the CD is promptly identified through its cover to sight. The invented CD-stand consists of a bracket 1 with quadrangular prism shape having the thickness a little bigger of the CD thickness. Said bracket 1 to be equipped with self-sticking strips 2 onto the side of the bracket to be put against the vertical support 3, whether a wall or any other surface where the CD 4 or similar goods are placed in vertical. On the upper part the bracket 1 has raising parts 5 to hold the CD erect and for the right disposition of the CD 4. The raising parts 5 are provided two by two in the inside part of the bracket 1 having an inner gap space 6. In mounting phase this inner space 6 permits to cut the bracket 1 in this point so obtaining CD-stand of the wanted dimensions. Moreover, making the suitable cuts in the inner spaces 6, it is possible to create onto the vertical support 3 the disposition of the bracket 1 in different shapes and modes. So the CD or similar goods can be placed in horizontal line, in vertical line, in swarm, in triangular disposition or in each other wanted disposition onto the vertical support. For the mounting, after to have removed the protection papers from the self-sticking strips 2 present onto the side of the bracket 1 to put against the vertical support 3, said bracket 1 or more brackets 1 are pressed against the vertical support 3 so to have a stable disposition. To avoid that the CD placed onto the bracket 1 falls down forward, before to be put onto the bracket, the CD 4 is equipped with holding means. For attaching in correct way this holding means, the CD is inserted inside a containment structure 7 of the same shape and with dimension a little bigger in comparison of what inserted in it. Said containment structure 7 with border 8 in overhang of about the middle of the CD border. This border 8 contains with small clearance the CD put inside. Said containment structure 7 is provided with open or opens 9. These opens 9, formed to rectangular holes, permit, placed the CD inside the containment structure 7, to put onto the back of the CD adhesive strips 10, metal plates 11, magnets 12 and other adhesive strips 13. The containment structure 7 has the work to permit the correct disposition of the cited components and to permit their disposition in the wanted position. Placed the different components, the CD is extracted to the containment structure 7 that is used for the preparation of an other CD or similar product whereas the CD is prompt to be placed onto the bracket 1 and to vertically remain onto the vertical support 3 generally consists of a wall or a panel. In the case of CD-stand used in the shops, the metal plate 11 is to be changed with an antishoplifting device. This antishoplifting device with the outside part in metal or, however, sensible to the magnet 12. The magnet 12, thanks to the adhesive strip 13, removed the protection paper and pressed the CD over the bracket 1, remains attached to the wall or to the panel forming the vertical support. In the private use, instead, the antishoplifting device is not used and is used a normal metal plate attached through the adhesive strip. The other adhesive strip 13, placed onto the outside face of the magnet 12, permits to attach said magnet 12 to the wall in the corresponding position in comparison with the metal plate 11, so realizing the positioning of the CD over the bracket 1, easy to take away and easy to put again onto the wall always left in sight the cover of the CD or similar goods. The invented CD-stand is illustrated in an indicative and not limiting way in the drawings of sheets 1, 2 and 3. In sheet 1 figure 1 is perspective view of the bracket 1 attached to the wall. The figure 2 is perspective view of a CD with the containment structure 7 to dispose the components for the vertical support. In sheet 2 figure 3 is view of the back of a CD after the disposition of the components for the vertical support onto the wall. Figure 4 is frontal and section view of a CD placed in vertical onto the bracket 1. In sheet 3 figure 5 is frontal view of more CD onto the wall in . Figure 6 is view of more CD placed in a panel with underlying files of CD for the selling. It is important to note that the persons into the shop can easy remove both the CD than the files of these, changing the files disposition and of the CD showed over on the base of the sells, having in the same time the immediately sight of the wanted CD.
