Abstract:
Disclosed is a wall-mounted gas-heated boiler using extrusion molding processing, comprising a burner fan, an isobaric air duct, a heat exchanger pair, a water pipe, a condensation receiving tray, and a chimney; the isobaric air duct is in communication both with the burner fan and the heat exchanger pair; a combustion chamber is provided in the heat exchanger pair; the water pipe is provided at the exterior side of the heat exchanger pair, the condensation receiving tray is provided at the bottom part of the heat exchanger pair, and the chimney is in communication with the condensation receiving tray; the heat exchanger pair consists of a pair of heat exchangers that can fit together tightly and sealingly abut against one another; the fume side of the heat exchangers uses siliconizing processing to enhance the resistance to corrosion from condensed water; water-cooling fins and a built-in combustion chamber are used to reduce the discharge of pollutants, and a symmetrical comb-like fin structure and a surface wave texture optimize the distribution of a temperature field and enlarge the effective heat exchange area; and each heat exchanger in the heat exchanger pair uses extruded profiles made from a composite material. The described wall-mounted gas-heated boiler that uses efficient and developed extrusion molding processing has excellent performance, while also having an exceptional price advantage.
