Abstract:
Disclosed is a wall plate structure for a composite-material stringer in the shape of the Chinese character "工", comprising several "C"-shaped overlays (5), an intermediate intercalation layer (6), a flange intercalation layer (8) and a skin overlay (10), wherein the "C"-shaped overlays (5) are laid side by side on the skin overlay (10), and closed portions of the "C"-shaped overlays (5) are in curing connection with the skin overlay (10); the intermediate intercalation layer (6) is provided in a gap between adjacent "C"-shaped overlays (5), and the intermediate intercalation layer (6) is in curing connection with the skin overlay (10); and the flange intercalation layer (8) is provided on the tops of the "C"-shaped overlays (5) and the intermediate intercalation layer (6) to jointly form an upper flange of a stringer in the shape of the Chinese character "工". A forming mold and forming method for the wall plate structure for a composite-material stringer in the shape of the Chinese character "工" are further disclosed. The "C"-shaped overlays and skin overlay of the wall plate structure for a composite-material stringer in the shape of the Chinese character "工" are completely attached, thus a bonding area is expanded and the bearing capacity of a stringer is increased while the amount of stringers manufactured is reduced. A detachable mold is used to support the "C"-shaped overlays, and thereby the problem of de-moulding of a composite-material stringer in the shape of the Chinese character "工" is solved, such that preparation of the stringer structure can be rapidly realized.
