Abstract:
Disclosed is a wall surface separation-type spiral microfluidic chip, formed by stacking a cover plate, an inner wall panel, an outer wall panel and a bottom plate from top to bottom; an inner wall spiral flow channel inlet is provided at the center of the inner wall panel, and is connected to an inner wall spiral flow channel outlet by means of a spiral flow channel inner wall surface, an outer wall spiral flow channel inlet is provided at the center of the outer wall panel, and is connected to an outer wall spiral flow channel first outlet by means of a spiral flow channel outer wall surface, an outer wall spiral flow channel second outlet is further provided beside the outer wall spiral flow channel first outlet, and the spiral flow channel inner wall surface and the spiral flow channel outer wall surface form a complete spiral flow channel. The chip divides the spiral flow channel into an inner wall surface panel and an outer wall surface panel, and the inner wall surface panel and the outer wall surface panel are assembled to form the spiral flow channel, facilitating the processing of the inner wall surface panel and the outer wall surface panel, such that the spiral flow channel has a more refined structure, flexible design, low preparation costs, and short preparation cycle.
