Abstract:
A wallpaper laying and pasting robot and a wallpaper laying and pasting method, the wallpaper laying and pasting robot comprising a first guide mechanism (1), wherein a material box (2), a glue-coating mechanism (3), an airing mechanism (6) and a paper pasting mechanism (11) are provided on the first guide mechanism (1); and a wallpaper pasting roller (7) and an edge pressing cutting mechanism (8) are movably arranged on a second guide mechanism (9). The present method comprises the following steps: coating glue on wallpaper; conveying the wallpaper coated with glue to a plurality of airing rollers, wherein at least one airing roller rotates to enable the drooping length of the wallpaper between the adjacent airing rollers to reach a preset value and an airing time to reach a preset airing time; pasting the wallpaper to a predetermined position of the wall; collecting image data of the wall to which the wallpaper is pasted, and generating splicing position data of wallpaper to be pasted on the basis of the image data; and in response to the splicing position data, the paper pasting roller (7) pasting the next strip of wallpaper to the wall at a corresponding splicing position; and repeating the cycle until laying and pasting are completed.
