The wallpaper according to claims 1-3 has Low Tack glue specialized in keeping permanently mist and dust, temporally the mask paper with the masking tape used by the painters for masking the vehicles without problems during detaching. |
for Vehicle Paint Ovens
The wallpaper of plastic sticker membrane sheets for vehicles painting ovens secures the best painting quality without spots.
Till today the followed methods are:
1 st Spraying with painting pistol at the walls of the oven with special liquid which after drying it creates a sticky surface on the oven and is detached by washing it after some time.
The disadvantages of this method are:
a) Every time the oven becomes filthy it must be washed and sprayed again with big working cost.
b) If it remains longer than the appropriate time, either due to
negligence or due to workload, the crust turns to stone and it cannot be removed (even sanding is required).
c) There is no possibility of partial replacement if soiled at some parts. d) Painters cannot use the walls of the oven to place the masking tape. e) Water or steam decrease the life time of the carbon filters and are difficulty removed.
2 nd Covering the oven with plastic membrane including sticker strip mechanism up/down, half on the membrane and half on the wall's panel. Disadvantages:
a) This method secures the protection of the oven not to become dirty, it doesn't help regarding the painting quality on the other hand more spots are created.
b) Every time it becomes dirty you have to change all the covering
placing a new one all over again. Our method and our advantages are:
The Wallpaper of Multi Sticker Plastic Membrane Sheets: a) The wallpaper consists of multi sheets (more than one sheet) of sticker plastic membrane:
The first sheet is a simple membrane, without glue, which makes easier the placement of the wallpaper at the oven's walls. You can detach it during placement revealing the first sticker sheet. Its existence is not necessary.
The following sheets are stickers with Low Tack glue on their surface. The last sheet (back side of the wallpaper) is a membrane with glue at both sides. The back side has strong glue in order the wallpaper to stay on the wall and silicon paper detached during placement.
b) The glue on the sticker membranes is Low Tack specialized to keep: 1 Permanently the mist and the dust.
2 nd Temporally the masking tape with the sticker paper strip used by the painters for masking the vehicles. Thus they have the advantage of a trestle placing their materials without problems occurred during detaching. c) Each sticker sheet, at each sides (right and left), has a numbering sheet (see Plan N.1 ) through all the wallpaper's length permitting us to separate the sheet, wherever you cut the wallpaper.
Multi numbering at small distances help us not to pull two sheets together and inform us how many sheets are left (see Plan 2).
d) The plastic membranes are white in order lighting to be stronger and the painter's job easier. They are also charged with static electricity attracting in this way the mist and the dust on the surface and not on the painted vehicle. In this way we have the best painting quality.
e) The membranes protect the oven from the mist and the paints keeping it always clean and new. The oven is also heat isolated keeping it warm longer gaining energy (oil-electricity).
f) When the surface sheet of membrane is not clean, it is detached easily from the numbering strip saving working hours for cleaning-painting- maintenance of the oven (work and material expenses).
g) Detaching the front filthy surface of the wallpaper partially where is necessary we save maintenance cost (see Plan 2).
