Abstract:
A warming garment (10) is provided including a body of flexible material including at least one pocket and a warming pouch (22) holding a phase change material having a melting/freezing temperature of greater than 93 DEG F and less than 150 DEG F that is received and held in the pocket. The invention also comprises a method of tranferring heat to an area of the body.
