A warning sign post for an underground pipeline, which relates to the technical field of warning sign posts and which aims to solve the problems with existing warning sign posts for underground pipelines in which a shock absorption effect is poor during use and in which required warning information cannot be freely replaced. Four ends of a sign post body (1) are each provided with a reinforcement rod (2), and the four reinforcement rods (2) are symmetrically distributed about a center point of the sign post body (1); warning stripes (3) are provided on outer walls of the reinforcement rods (2), and the warning stripes (3) are fixedly connected to the outer walls of the reinforcement rods (2) by means of an adhesive; a lower surface of the sign post body (1) is provided with a positioning plate (5), and a lower surface of the positioning plate (5) is provided with a shock absorption mechanism (7); mounting holes (52) are provided at the interior of the positioning plate (5), and four mounting holes (52) are provided; upper surfaces of the mounting holes (52) are provided with magnetic attraction plates (51); fixing screws (6) are provided at the interior of the mounting holes (52), and lower surfaces of the fixing screws (6) are fixedly connected to the mounting holes (52) by means of the magnetic attraction plates (51).
