Abstract:
Provided are a washing device for a powder slush molding mold and a washing method using the same that facilitate attachment/detachment or blast treatment of a powder slush molding mold, and that facilitate the recovery of prescribed blast material inside a highly sealed booth. The washing device for a powder slush molding mold is provided with a washing booth including a plurality of inclined plates and a frame member, the washing booth accommodating a mold washing part having a mold support member, a blast treatment part, and a blast material collection part. The mold support part is provided with a support member for rotating and moving a molding mold about a horizontal axis, and for holding the molding mold at a prescribed angle with respect to a vertical direction. The blast treatment part is provided with a jetting device for blowing blast material. The blast material collection part is provided with a cylindrical suction member for causing the blown blast material to slide down along the inclined surfaces of a first inclined plate and a second inclined plate, and for collecting the blast material by suction.
