Abstract:
A washing and drying machine (1) comprising: a dewatering tub (30); an air blowing path (71) leading to the dewatering tub (30); an air blowing path (81) leading to the outside of the machine; an ion generator (75) provided in the air blowing path (71) and generating ions having a disinfecting and deodorizing effect; an air blowing means (70) for delivering ions generated from the ion generator (75); an air blowing path switching means (76) for selecting the air blowing path leading to either the dewatering tub (30) or the outside of the machine; and a control means (51) for operating the ion generator (75), the air blowing means (70), and the air blowing path switching means (76) by a predetermined mode on the basis of the operating conditions of the washing and drying machine (1).
