Abstract:

Provided is a nucleic acid extraction composition, which comprises: guanidine thiocyanate, dithiothreitol, glycogen, NP-40 and isopropanol, and further comprises guanidine hydrochloride, urea, potassium chloride and Tween 20, or sorbitol, polyethylene glycol, and sodium acetate. Further provided are a kit comprising the nucleic acid extraction composition, and a use method therefor. The extraction kit using the nucleic acid extraction composition does not need a washing process to be introduced, thereby simplifying the extraction process. Moreover, the time required for extracting the nucleic acid of the sample is shortened, and nucleic acid can manually extracted in only 12 minutes. Meanwhile, since the washing liquid is reduced, the amount of reagents and consumables in the kit are further reduced, and the cost of the kit is lowered.
