Abstract:

A washing machine and a washing machine-based clothes washing service provision method and system, wherein the washing machine (100) is in wireless communication with a clothes washing service terminal (300) via a server (200). The method comprises: a server (200) receiving a clothes washing service request input by a user, generating clothes washing service party information according to the clothes washing service request and sending same to the washing machine (100); the washing machine (100) receiving the clothes washing service party information, and displaying the clothes washing service party information on a display screen of the washing machine (100), so as to enable a user to select a clothes washing service party and input clothes washing service reservation information; a clothes washing service terminal (300) receiving the clothes washing service reservation information sent via the server (200) so as to enable a clothes washing service party to input feedback information, and generating order receiving information according to the feedback information input by the clothes washing service party; and the washing machine (100) receiving the order receiving information sent via the sever (200) by the clothes washing service terminal (300), and displaying same on the display screen. By means of the method, a clothes washing service can be reserved via a washing machine, bringing convenience to a user, and the user experience can be improved.
