Abstract:
Disclosed are a washing machine and a control method therefor. The washing machine comprises: an inner tub (1), which is provided with a washing chamber for independently containing washing water; an inner tub door (6), which is installed at a tub opening of the inner tub (1) in an openable and closable manner; an inner tub door lock, which is used for locking the inner tub door (6) to keep same in a closed state; a door lock triggering device, which is linked with the inner tub door lock during a locking process of same; and a door lock detection device (3), which is used for carrying out detection on the door lock triggering device to determine whether the inner tub door lock is locked. The washing machine is provided with the door lock detection device (3) for detecting whether the inner tub door lock is locked in place, thus ensuring that the inner tub door (6) is locked in place, and ensuring that the locking determination accuracy is 100%; and as a drum water-expelling rotation speed can reach 1600 r/m, if the inner tub door (6) on the inner tub (1) is not sufficiently locked, a safety accident can be caused, and so machine safety, user health and user experience are greatly improved by means of the door lock detection device.
