Abstract:
The present invention provides a washing machine control method. A washing machine comprises a washing drum which can be used for water storage in a washing process and a water collection device for collecting drained water from the washing drum, the water collection device being provided with a water collection level detection device; and the control method comprises: in a water inflow process of the washing machine, if the water collection level detection device detects that washing water has entered the water collection device, stopping water inflow. In the present invention, by providing a water collection level detection device in the water collection device of the washing machine, in conjunction with the control method, in the water inflow process, once the water collection level detection device detects the existence of water in the water collection device, the water collection level detection device determines that the washing drum has an abnormal water inflow, and the washing machine controls the water inflow to stop, so as to solve the problem of the abnormal water inflow, thereby finding the fault of the washing machine in time and giving an alarm to the user.
