Abstract:
A washing machine vibration damping component comprises a hanger rod (2), a spring (4), a sleeve (3), and an electromagnetic sensing device. The electromagnetic sensing device comprises an electromagnetic coil (6) and a magnet (5). The electromagnetic coil (6) is fixedly sleeved outside the sleeve (3). The magnet (5) and the spring (4) are arranged in the sleeve (3), and are fixed on the hanger rod (2). The sleeve (3) is slidably sleeved on the hanger rod (2). When the sleeve (3) slides on the hanger rod (2) under stress, the weight of laundry is determined by measuring a magnetic flux change of the electromagnetic coil (6); in addition, the magnet (5) and the electromagnetic coil (6) have relative displacement, an inductance value in the electromagnetic coil (6) changes, and water inflow is detected by detecting the inductance value. When dehydration of a washing machine is started, a vibration quantity of an outer drum is determined by detecting the change in the inductance value of the electromagnetic coil (6), and the washing machine is controlled by a computer program controller to adjust, to ensure that the dehydration of the washing machine runs smoothly and stably.
