A washing machine water storage tank and a washing machine, the washing machine water storage tank comprising: a water storage box (1), which is provided with a front end opening, and a pullable dispenser box (2), which is accommodated within the water storage box (1); an inner side of the water storage box (1) and/or an outer side of the dispenser box (2) is provided with a support rib which protrudes upward or downward, the protruding height of the support rib gradually changing in the forward and backward direction. By means of the support rib and by configuring the protruding height of the support rib to gradually change in the forward and backward direction, a gap between the water storage box (1) and the dispenser box (2) may gradually shrink during a process of pulling out the dispenser box (2), thus creating facilitated support for the dispenser box (2), while preventing the dispenser box (2) from sagging, and preventing shaking during the pulling process; the present invention is beneficial in reducing the contact area between the water storage box (1) and the dispenser box (2), thus reducing friction during the pulling process; moreover, configuring the protruding height of the support rib to gradually change in the forward and backward direction facilitates the steady operation of the dispenser box (2) during the pulling process.
