A washing machine window pad and a washing machine. The washing machine window pad comprises a window pad body (1), an air intake (2), and an air guiding structure (3). The air intake (2) is provided on the window pad body (1), the air guiding structure (3) is arranged on an inner wall of the window pad body (1), and the air guiding structure (3) is located in front of the air intake (2) in the intake direction and is arranged toward an inner drum of the washing machine.
