Abstract:

A washing machine comprises: a washing bucket (3), capable of being rotated in a way of intersecting with an up-and-down direction (Z); a supporting component (4), capable of rotationally supporting the washing bucket (3); and a linear motor (32). The linear motor (32) is provided with a stator (41) and a rotor (42), wherein the stator (41) is one provided with a coil (44) and a permanent magnet (45), is fixed to the supporting component (4), and extends along a specified direction (S), and the rotor (42) is the other one provided with the coil (44) and the permanent magnet (45), is movably embedded with the stator (41) in a non-contact state along the specified direction (S), and is connected to the washing bucket (3). The linear motor (32) enables the washing bucket (3) to rotate through the moving of the rotor (42). The washing machine can inhibit a failure of a driving mechanism capable of driving a washing bucket (3) to rotate.
