Abstract:
Disclosed is a washing machine (1) capable of selecting an upright washing machine washing mode or a drum washing machine washing mode. The washing machine (1) comprises: a washing drum (4) driven to rotate around a vertically extending first rotation axis (J1); a water flow generating member (5) configured in the washing drum (4) and generating a water flow in the washing drum (4) by being driven to rotate; and an accommodating body (61) formed to be hollow. The accommodating body (61) is disposed in the washing drum (4) in a detachable manner, and is driven to rotate around a horizontally extending second rotation axis (J2).
