Abstract:
This washing machine (1) comprises: an outer tank (20) including an upper opening (24), a lower opening (25), and a water discharge opening (26); an inner tank (30) provided in the outer tank (20) so as to be in communication with the inside of the outer tank (20); and a circulation passage (70) connected to the outer tank (20) so as to enable water within the outer tank (20) to circulate. The washing machine (1) further comprises: a water discharge passage (80) connected to the outer tank (20) so as to enable water within the outer tank (20) to be discharged; and a circulation pump (90) for forming the flow of water through the circulation passage (80). The circulation passage (70) is connected to the lower opening (25) and the upper opening (24), and the water discharge passage (80) is connected to the water discharge opening (26).
