Abstract:
The present invention relates to a washing machine configured so that a cylindrical drum formed by processing a metal plate rotates about a horizontal axis, wherein the drum has lifters formed by processing the metal plate and respectively provided at a plurality of points spaced apart along the circumferential direction when viewed from the front. The lifters include: a front lifter formed by protruding the metal plate into the drum and pressing the metal plate such that the metal plate extends along the longitudinal direction of the drum; and a rear lifter disposed more to the rear than the front lifter, the rear lifter being disposed to form a predetermined phase angle with the front lifter.
