Abstract:
Disclosed is a method and system to subject incineration ash and dust in combustion gas bled from a cement kiln to washing treatment, whereby it is possible to accommodate increases in the amount of chlorine bypass dust generated, while minimizing adverse effects on operation due to a buildup of scales, and keeping operation costs, including equipment and chemical costs, low. The disclosed washing system (1) is provided with: a dissolution tank (32) in which ash (A) is dissolved into water (W); a dissolution tank (22) in which dust (D) included in the incineration gas bled from a kiln exhaust flow path extending from the bottom end of the kiln to a bottom cyclone is dissolved in water (W); and a vertical filter press (11) that filters the slurry (S2) fed from the dissolution tank (32), and the slurry (S1) fed from the dissolution tank (22), respectively. The following can additionally be provided: water treatment equipment (33 - 35) for subjecting filtrates (L3) in the slurry that includes fly dust discharged from the vertical filter press to water treatment; and water treatment equipment (23 - 27) for subjecting filtrates (L1) in the slurry that includes dust discharged from a filtration device to water treatment.
