Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of hydrogen or oxygen preparation. Disclosed are a washing and separation device for a hydrogen production system, and a hydrogen production system. Washing, cooling, and gas-water separation processes for hydrogen or oxygen are integrated into a whole, thereby reducing the complexity and size of apparatuses, reducing the use of space and apparatus investment, and improving the economy of the washing and separation device for a hydrogen production system. The washing and separation device for a hydrogen production system comprises a housing, a washing assembly, and a heat exchange assembly. The housing has a first gas inlet, a first gas outlet and a liquid outlet. The washing assembly contains a vent pipe, one end of the vent pipe being in communication with the first gas inlet, and the other end thereof extending below the liquid level of washing liquid in the housing. The heat exchange assembly has a plurality of heat exchange pipes for circulating a cooling medium, and a circulation space for circulating washed gas is formed between outer walls of the plurality of heat exchange pipes. The hydrogen production system comprises a gas-liquid separation frame and an electrolysis apparatus, wherein the gas-liquid separation frame comprises the washing and separation device for a hydrogen production system.
