Abstract:
A washing solution generating device 1 comprises: a liquid modification unit (washing solution generating unit) 5 that generates a washing solution; a tank 15 that stores the washing solution; a pump 17 that pressurizes the washing solution and causes the same to circulate; and washing solution flow paths 31-35, etc. The liquid modification unit 5 is composed of: a cylindrical flow path 5a which is the body of the liquid modification unit and in the interior of which a space is demarcated; and a first electrode unit 11 and a second electrode unit 12 disposed facing the interior. The liquid modification unit includes a power source 7 that applies a voltage across the two electrodes. The tank 15 stores the washing solution generated at the liquid modification unit 5 by electrolysis. The pump 17 supplies the washing solution to the liquid modification unit 5, or circulates the solution.
