Abstract:

A washing, spin-drying, and tumble-drying continuous processing process, related to the technical field of fiber treatment, comprising a washing process, a spin-drying process, and a tumble-drying process provided sequentially. Fibers to be treated are washed via the washing process and then delivered to the spin-drying process. The spin-drying process is completed in a spin-drying mechanism. The spin-drying mechanism comprises a drum (1), a material inlet, a tray (3), and a material outlet. The drum (1) is driven by a motor (2). The tray (3) is slidably mounted within the drum (1). A washed material is introduced into the drum (1) via the material inlet and dropped on the tray (3), then at the same time as the motor (2) is driving the drum (1) and the tray (3) to rotate together, the tray (3) and the drum (1) oppositely reciprocate up and down, the material is shifted upwards and, when spin-dried in the shifting process, is delivered via the material outlet to a tumble-drying mechanism for tumble-drying. The application of the process in fiber washing treatment provides the advantages of rapid spin-drying, uniform tumble-drying, low energy consumption, low noise, and the implementation of continuous operation.
