Abstract:
The present invention relates to a washing-water cleaning device of a machine tool and, more specifically, to a washing-water cleaning device of a machine tool, the device enabling clean washing water to be reused after removing impurities, such as oil, sludge, etc., which are included in washing water used for a processing work by means of a machine tool such as a heat treatment device, a grinder, etc., thereby being capable of reducing costs for wastewater treatment and preventing processed goods from being polluted because of accumulation of impurities. The present invention relates to a washing-water cleaning device of a machine tool, the device allowing washing water to be reused by removing impurities included in washing water for a machine tool, which is stored in a tank. The device comprises: an impurity absorbing part; an impurity removing part; a pump part; a microbubble generating device; an upper frame; and a lower frame. The impurity absorbing part comprises: an upper roller; a lower roller; and a belt, wherein the upper roller is connected to a drive shaft of a motor mounted on a motor box; the lower roller is connected to and is driven together with the upper roller; and the belt connects the upper roller and the lower roller and is vertically rotated while allowing the lower roller to be rotated by rotation of the upper roller. The impurity removing part is positioned at one side of the belt to remove impurities absorbed on the outer side of the belt. The pump part circulates and rotates the washing water within the tank and comprises: a suction pipe which draws in the washing water within the tank; a pump to which the suction pipe is connected; and a discharge pipe which is connected to the pipe. The microbubble generating device is mounted on the discharge pipe of the pump part. The upper frame has the motor box and the impurity absorbing part mounted thereon. The lower frame is mounted on the upper section of the upper frame and has the pump fixedly mounted thereon.
