Abstract:
A waste-cloth-containing recycled fiber coating slurry, a coating and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises preparing 0.5-8 parts by weight of recycled fibers of waste cloth, 95-110 parts by weight of waterborne polyurethane and 4-6 parts by weight of a curing agent into a recycled fiber coating slurry, printing the recycled fiber coating slurry on base cloth or a base plate, and drying same to obtain a recycled fiber coating, wherein the thickness of the recycled fiber coating ranges from 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm. By means of the method, the field of physical methods for recycling waste cloth is expanded to the field of coatings, and due to the fine particle size of the recycled fibers of the waste cloth, the recycled fiber coating obtained by means of mixing the recycled fibers of the waste cloth with the waterborne polyurethane and the curing agent according to a proper ratio has good wear resistance and mechanical properties.
