Abstract:
The inside of a container filled with wastes is brought into an oxygen-free reduced condition, and in addition a condition where oxygen is supplied only to part of it to burn is stably kept. A waste disposal chamber (1) is provided, which is formed as a box including peripheral sidewalls (2, 3), a bottom plate (4) and a top plate (5) and filled with the wastes. A plurality of air inlet tubes (6) are provided for introducing the air into the waste disposal chamber (1) from under the sidewalls (2, 3) surrounding the chamber (1) and having a valve (63) for controlling the air quantity to be introduced. An exhaust pipe (7) for exhausting from an upper part of the chamber (1) is provided. The bottom plate (4) is double-structured including a lower bottom plate (41) on a lower part and an upper bottom plate (42) on an upper part, which are vertically separate from each other. A space between the lower bottom plate (41) and the upper bottom plate (42) is densely filled with crushed stones (43).
