Abstract:
A waste gas incinerator comprises a base (1), a frame body device (2) located above the base (1), waste gas inlet devices (3) located on the left side and the right side of the frame body device (2), a first heating device (4) located in the frame body device (2), a second heating device (5) located below the first heating device (4), a recovery device (6) located above the first heating device (4), and an oxygen inlet device (7) located below the frame body device (2). Waste gas enters a waste gas inlet pipe (31) from a gas intake pipe (32). Oxygen passes through an oxygen inlet pipe (71) and enters a frame body (21). After the waste gas passes through the waste gas inlet pipe (31) and is converged with the oxygen, the waste gas is ignited. Water enters a heating barrel (41) from a water intake pipe (46) and enters a heating frame (51) from a liquid intake pipe (52), and water in the heating frame (51) and water in the heating barrel (41) are heated by means of combustion of combustible gas. Carbon dioxide generated in the combustion enters a sodium hydroxide solution from an output pipe (63) and reacts with the sodium hydroxide solution to generate calcium carbonate and water. A small amount of gas is discharged through a fifth through hole (64) in the top, the liquid after the reaction is discharged through an outflow pipe (65), water is the heating barrel (41) is discharged through a water outflow pipe (44), and water in the heating frame (51) is discharged through a liquid outflow pipe (54). The waste gas incinerator can sufficiently combust waste gas, utilize hot gas generated when the waste gas is combusted, and prevent energy waste.
