Abstract:
A waste gas treatment device based on a robot functionalized intelligent coating production line. The waste gas treatment device comprises a filter tank (1), spray members, an air-drying tank (2), condensation members, a catalytic tank (6), a filter plate (3), a first gas inlet (11), supporting members, a water tank (8) and a filter chamber. In the present solution, a fixing outer frame (31) is slidably attached to a side wall of the filter chamber, and all waste gas can only pass through a towel (32); water is sprayed to the dry towel by means of spray heads (91), and solid particles in the waste gas are adsorbed by the wet towel, so that the waste gas becomes a filtered gas; the filtered gas enters the air-drying tank (2) and is heated by means of a heating structure (61), and a catalytic bed (62) acts on the heated filtered gas, which then becomes a clean gas; and the hot clean gas performs air drying on the filter plate (3), so that water on the filter plate (3) is evaporated to form water vapor, and the water vapor is condensed by means of the condensation members to form water, which is then conveyed to the water tank (8), thus improving the recycling rate of water and having a good waste gas treatment effect.
