A waste gas treatment system for a high-temperature oven comprises an oven (1), a first stage gas outlet pipe (21), a first stage gas inlet pipe (22), a second stage gas outlet pipe (31), a second stage gas inlet pipe (32), a third stage gas outlet pipe (41), and a third stage gas inlet pipe (42). A first ventilation fan (23) is disposed on the first stage gas outlet pipe (21). The first ventilation fan (23) is connected to an air heat exchanger (24). Outdoor air passes through the air heat exchanger (24), then enters the third stage gas inlet pipe (42), and then enters the oven (1). A second ventilation fan (33) is disposed on the second stage gas outlet pipe (31). The second ventilation fan (33) is connected to a first combustion chamber (34). The first combustion chamber (34) is connected to the first stage gas inlet pipe (22). The first stage gas inlet pipe (22) extends to any one or more locations in the oven (1). A third ventilation fan (43) is disposed on the third stage gas outlet pipe (41). The third ventilation fan (43) is connected to a second combustion chamber (44). The second combustion chamber (44) is connected to the second stage gas inlet pipe (32). The second stage gas inlet pipe (32) extends to any one or more locations in the oven (1).
