Abstract:
A waste heat recovery device of multi-cylinder internal combustion engine, wherein a plurality of exhaust pipes difficult to cause exhaust gas interference selected from among a plurality of exhaust pipes (11 to 14) extending from cylinders (1 to 4) of a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine are collected to form one or more collecting pipes (7), and heat exchangers (21, 22) for recovering heat of exhaust gas are provided to the one or more collecting pipes, whereby the number of heat exchangers can be reduced below that of the cylinders of the multi-cylinder internal combustion engine, the rest time of these heat exchangers can be shortened, and a space occupied by the heat exchangers can be reduced.
